Diagnostic fee covers inspection and estimate only and is non-refundable.
Any repair, adjustment, reset, cleaning, installation, disassembly/reassembly, or improvement performed by the technician is considered labor and is billable regardless of time spent.
All work is performed based on customer approval and/or customer direction. If a repair or part replacement is requested without diagnostic, the Company does not guarantee resolution of the issue.
The Company is not responsible for appliances that were previously disassembled, modified, moved, improperly installed, or worked on by the customer or any third party.
The Company is responsible only for the specific repair performed. Any additional or unrelated failures are considered separate issues.
Parts are supplied by third-party vendors. Availability, pricing, and delivery time depend on suppliers and are not guaranteed.
Customers must follow all technician instructions. The Company is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, continued operation after failure, airflow restrictions, power supply issues, or third-party interference.
Payment is due upon completion. All approved estimates and completed services are final and non-refundable.
3-month warranty applies only to the specific part replaced and the related labor performed by our technician. Warranty does not cover new or unrelated issues, pre-existing conditions, misuse, external causes (including airflow or electrical issues), or third-party interference.
The Company does not accept disputes or chargebacks for services that were approved and performed.
The Company reserves the right to refuse service in cases of safety risks, tampering, or inappropriate behavior.
